Copy to Production
When your campaigns work in the Sandbox, copy them, with their locations and notifications, into Production. They arrive paused.

Owners and admins can copy from a Sandbox once Production is open on a paid plan. Before that, the page says "Production opens on a paid plan" and offers Upgrade to go live.
- 1Open the pageIn the Sandbox, click Copy to Production in the amber Sandbox bar at the top of the page.
- 2Pick what to copyTick items under Campaigns, Notifications, Location groups and Locations. Items you've copied before show when, for example "Copied 2 days ago".
- 3CopyClick Copy to Production and confirm. The selected items are copied, or updated if you copied them before.
- 4Resume in ProductionSwitch to Production, check each campaign and click Resume when you're ready for real users to get it.
What comes with each item#
| You pick | It brings |
|---|---|
| A campaign | Its locations, groups and notifications. It arrives paused, every time. |
| A notification | Its media and survey questions. |
| A location group | Its locations. |
Copying the same item again updates the copy in Production; if that copy was deleted, it's made again. Segment targeting, devices, reports and settings aren't copied: segments belong to each workspace, so set each campaign's audience again in Production.
Before you resumeProduction has its own SDK key and push credentials. Ship the
pk_live_ key and the Production address in your app, and add Firebase and Apple Push credentials to Production (or share the Sandbox's), before resuming campaigns. The going-live checklistConfiguration › Developers shows a Going live checklist in the Sandbox: subscribe to a paid plan, add push credentials to Production, ship the
pk_live_ key and the Production address. For the app side, see Sandbox and Production.
