Delivery rules
Company-wide limits that apply to every campaign, so people aren't over-messaged.
The Delivery rules section of Company › Overview with Frequency cap, Quiet hours and Re-trigger cooldown
Delivery rules sit in Company › Overview › Delivery rules, for owners and admins. They're a final filter on top of every campaign's own settings.
| Rule | What it does | Choices |
|---|---|---|
| Frequency cap | The most notifications one device can receive from all your campaigns together. | No limit, 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 per day, or 5, 10 or 20 per week |
| Quiet hours | Nothing sends overnight in the company time zone: scheduled pushes wait until morning, geofence notifications are skipped. | Off, or a window from 20:00–08:00 to 23:00–07:00 |
| Re-trigger cooldown | How long before the same geofence notification can reach a device again. | Never — once per device, 1 hour, 4 hours, 12 hours, 1 day or 1 week |

How they combine with other limits#
- A campaign's Re-trigger options (Max times per day, week or month) limit that campaign alone.
- Trigger limit and Trigger window under Configuration › Plugin limit how often one notification fires on a device.
- Delivery rules apply on top of both, across all campaigns.
Quiet hours use the company time zoneSet Time zone under Regional defaults first; quiet hours follow it, not each campaign's own timezone.
