Billing

Choose a plan, see this month's usage, and manage the payment method and invoices. A paid plan is what opens Production.

Go to Company › Billing. Owners and admins can open it. Billing is managed in Production; from the Sandbox the page offers Manage in Production. A red dot on Billing in the sidebar means a payment failed.

What's on the page#

Your planThe plan and its price, a switch you've scheduled, Next invoice, Payment method and Billing email. Manage in Stripe ↗ opens Stripe's billing page.
Usage this monthUsers, Locations and Campaigns used against your plan's limits, and Billable devices (metered, not limited) this billing period. From 80% of a limit it says how many are left; at the limit it says "At your plan's limit".
Compare plansEvery plan side by side, with Your plan marked and a Choose … button for each other plan.
Payment methodThe card on file, with Update.
InvoicesEach invoice's date, amount and status, and View all in Stripe ↗.

Choose or change a plan#

    Compare plans
    Scroll to Compare plans and check what each includes.

    Choose one
    Click Choose under the plan you want. With no plan yet, this starts checkout with Stripe (Set up billing); with a plan, the page shows what changes before you confirm.

    Undo a scheduled switch
    If a switch is set for a later date, Switching to … on … shows under Your plan; click Undo to keep your current plan.

Owner-only actions#

Only the company owner can change the payment method or cancel, and both ask you to confirm it's you. Cancel subscription ends it at the end of the period: active campaigns pause, your team loses access to Production, and data is kept for 90 days, then deleted.

Going liveSubscribing opens Production. Then add push credentials to Production, ship the pk_live_ key and copy your Sandbox work across: see Copy to Production.
