Limits#
| Field | Limit |
|---|---|
| Headline | 65 characters. The form warns from 58, where some phones cut it off. |
| Body | Required. Most phones show about 180 characters before cutting it off. |
| CTA title and CTA URL | Both or neither. The URL must be a public web address (http or https; https:// is added if you leave it off), and it's checked when you save and must answer. |
| Survey | Up to 5 questions. |
Surveys#
For a Survey, the headline and body introduce it, and Survey questions holds up to five questions. Click Add question and choose the answer type: Open ended, Single choice, Multiple choice (2 to 4 choices), Rating, Yes / No, Number or Slider. Each question has a Required toggle. Surveys can have a call to action but no media.
What your plan includesSurveys, video and audio depend on your plan. If they aren't included, saving says so, for example "Surveys aren't included in your plan."
Lead with the benefitKeep the headline short and say what's in it for the reader: "20% off inside, today only" does more than "Summer promotion".
