Team members
Invite colleagues, give each the role they need, and remove access when someone leaves.
Company › Team with the Members table and Pending invitations
Go to Company › Team. Owners and admins manage the team; the page is shared by both workspaces and changed from Production.
Invite someone#
- 1Open the invite formClick Invite user.
- 2Enter their detailsEnter their Email and choose a Role.
- 3Send itClick Send invite. They get an email with a link to join, valid for 7 days. Until they accept, they're under Pending invitations, where you can Resend or Revoke it.
If your company restricts invites to Allowed email domains (under Company › Overview › Security), an invite to another domain shows Awaiting owner approval until the owner clicks Approve & send.

An admin can give any role except owner; only an owner can make someone an owner.
Change a role or remove someone#
Choose a new role from the member's Role menu, or click Remove and type their name to confirm; they lose access straight away. You can't change your own role, and the company's last owner is shown as Protected.
Least privilegeGive people the lowest role that lets them do their job. Marketers can run campaigns without touching keys or billing, and you can change a role at any time.
