Campaigns overview

Every campaign in the workspace in one table, with its status, dates and deliveries, and quick actions for each.

A campaign is the container that makes everything else work. It says where (locations or location groups, for a geo campaign), who (all devices or chosen segments), what (the notifications attached to it) and when (its schedule and each notification's activation).

Campaign types#

TypeHow it worksGood for
GeoFires a notification when a phone enters or leaves one of its locations.In-store offers, venues, events
PushSends each notification at a set time on the campaign's day, wherever people are.Announcements, reminders, time-sensitive news

The overview#

Open Campaigns › Overview. Four cards count Total campaigns, Active, Paused and Ended across the whole workspace, whatever the table is filtered to.

The table lists each campaign with its Status, Type, Start, End and Delivery. Under each name, a line says what it targets and how many notifications it carries, such as "2 locations · 1 notification" or "Push · 1 notification". Click a campaign's name to open it.

StatusMeaning
ScheduledWaiting for its start time.
ActiveRunning now.
PausedStopped until someone resumes it.
EndedIts end time has passed. Its results stay available.

Find a campaign#

  1. 1
    Search
Type a campaign's name in Search campaigns above the table; the table narrows as you type. Search matches names only, not dates.
  2. 2
    Filter and sort
Click Filter and choose a Status, a Type (Geo or Push) and Sort by (Newest first, Oldest first, Name (A–Z) or Most delivered). Click Apply, or Reset to clear them.

Quick actions#

Each row's actions menu has View, Edit, Pause (or Resume) and Delete. See Edit, pause or delete a campaign.

Name campaigns so you can find themA name like "Summer sale · Manchester Arndale · July" is far easier to find and compare in Reports than "Campaign 47". Names must be unique in the workspace.
