Reports

See what your campaigns, locations, notifications and surveys achieved over any date range, and export the rows as CSV.

Open Reports in the sidebar. Reports are part of your plan: if it doesn't include them, the menu items are greyed out with an upgrade prompt.

The tabs#

TabHeadline figuresTable columns

CampaignsTotal campaigns, Active, Scheduled, Delivered, EngagementName, Status, Type, Targets, Delivered, Engagement
LocationsTotal locations, Active, Geofence entries, Avg dwellName, Status, Group, Entries, Exits, Engagement
NotificationsTemplates, Campaign notifications, Delivered, ReachName, Status, Type, Sent, Delivered, Reach
SurveysSurvey templates, Deployments, Total responses, QuestionsCampaign, Survey, Activation, Questions, Responses, Status

Each tab also has a trend chart and Top performers. On Surveys, switch between Summary and Question breakdown to see how each question was answered.

Engagement and Reach are the same figure: how many of your registered devices were reached, as a percentage (devices reached in the period ÷ total registered devices × 100). Avg dwell on the Locations tab is how long a device typically stays at a location: for each device's visit, the time between its entry and the next exit at that location, averaged first per location and then across locations shown.

Filter a report#

  1. 1
    Pick the period
Set the Period in the filter bar. Without a start date, a report covers the 30 days up to the end date. "Showing …" says what's included.
  2. 2
    Narrow it down
Click Filters and choose a Campaign, Location, Location group, Activation (On enter, On exit or Scheduled push), Campaign status or Content type. Click Apply, or Reset to clear them.
  3. 3
    Search the table
In Performance, search by name or filter by status. Click a column heading to sort.

Export#

Click Export CSV above the Performance table. The file has the same rows and columns as the table, with your filters and search applied; percentages are in columns marked (%).

Compare like with likeTo see which content works better, run two campaigns over the same dates and places with different notifications, then filter Reports › Campaigns to that period and compare Delivered and Engagement.

Survey answers are in the tabs above and in Export CSV; there's no separate survey export.
