Campaign Report
Users don't just want to see numbers; they want to see if their strategy worked. We’ll break this down into clear, actionable insights.
Reports & Insights
Turn your engagement data into actionable intelligence. Use Reports to measure the success of your notifications and understand how users are interacting with your brand in the real world.
The Performance Overview
Get a high-level snapshot of your campaign’s health.
Total Reach: The number of unique users who were in your geofence while the campaign was active.
Delivered: How many notifications were successfully sent to devices.
Open Rate: The percentage of users who tapped on your notification to see more.
Benchmark: A "good" open rate for location-based alerts is often significantly higher than standard push, as the message is relevant to where the user is!
Deep-Dive Metrics
Understand the journey from "Ping" to "Action":
Engagement (CTAs): How many users clicked the button inside your notification? This is your ultimate measure of ROI.
Footfall Analysis: Track how many users actually visited a specific location after receiving a notification nearby.
Peak Activity Times: Identify which hours of the day or days of the week generate the most "Opens." (Use this to optimise your next campaign's schedule!)
Survey Results
If you used a Survey notification, this section will display your audience's feedback in real-time.
Completion Rate: See how many users finished the survey vs. those who started it.
Response Breakdown: Visual charts showing the answers to your multiple-choice questions.
Export Data: Download the raw response data (CSV/Excel) for deeper analysis in your own tools.
Segment Performance
Which audience responded best? Filter your report by Segments to see if your #VIP users opened notifications more often than #NewUsers. This helps you refine your targeting for future campaigns.
Pro-Tips for Data-Driven Marketing
Compare & Contrast: Don't just look at one report in isolation. Use the "Duplicate" feature on the All Campaigns page to run an A/B test (e.g., one with a Video, one with a Text/Image) and compare the Open Rates here.
Look for "Ghost" Trends: If you have a high "Delivered" rate but a low "Open" rate, your Notification Title might need more "hook." If the "Open" rate is high but "CTA" clicks are low, your offer or landing page might need to be clearer.
Reports Quick-Reference
| Metric | What it tells you | How to improve itn |
|---|---|---|
| Open Rate | Is my Title interesting? | Use more urgent or value-driven language. |
| CTA Clicks | Is my offer compelling? | Ensure your button text is clear (e.g., "Get 50% Off"). |
| Footfall | Did they actually show up? | Experiment with the size of your Geofence radius. |
