All Locations

Your global map of engagement.

Define the physical spaces where your campaigns come to life. Once a location is saved, you can use it across multiple campaigns.

View, organise, and manage every physical trigger point in your network from one central list.

The Location Library

This page houses every geofence you’ve ever created. Instead of drawing a new circle every time you start a campaign, you can simply pick from this pre-verified list.

Search & Find: Use the search bar to instantly find a location by its name, address, or specific city.

Status Check: See at a glance which locations are currently "Active" (linked to a live campaign) and which are "Sleeper" spots waiting for their next promotion.

Visualising the Map

Switch from List View to Map View to see your "Digital Footprint."

Identify Gaps: See where your geofences are clustered and where you might need more coverage.

Heatmap: Visually compare concentration of devices relative to locations and make quick effective updates to where you have deployed geofences.

Overlap Detection: Use the map to ensure your radiuses aren't overlapping too closely, which can sometimes confuse a user's device.

Creating & Importing

Add Single: Click "+ New Location" to drop a pin on the map and set a radius manually.

Bulk Upload: Have 1,000 store locations in a spreadsheet? Use the CSV Import tool to upload your entire network in seconds.

Tip Pro-Tips for Location Management

Standardise Your Naming: Use a format like [City] - [Store Name] - [ID] (e.g., Manchester - Arndale Center - 402). This makes it much easier to find the right spot when you’re building a campaign.

The "Buffer" Rule: If you are targeting a specific building, set your radius to at least 100m. This accounts for GPS "drift" and ensures the notification triggers the moment the user is nearby.

The Map View vs. List View

  • List View: Best for bulk-editing or checking which locations are currently assigned to active campaigns.
  • Map View: Best for visualising your geofence coverage in a specific city or region.
