Create a New Location

Click Create Single Location to get started.

You have three ways to pinpoint your spot:

  1. Search by Address: Type in a street name or business name to drop a pin instantly.

  2. Manual Coordinates: If you’re targeting a specific spot in a park or open field, enter the Longitude and Latitude.

  3. Drag the map: Click and drag the map to your desired location.

Tip Pro-TiP: To make the map centre to your current location click Map on the map.

You may need to give your browser location permission if you have not already done so.

Setting the "Geofence" (The Polygon)

The "Polygon" is the invisible fence around your pin. When a user crosses this line, your campaign triggers.

We recommend a minimum radius of 100 meters for the best GPS accuracy.

Finding the Sweet Spot

Small (100m - 200m): Perfect for individual shops or event entrances.

Large (500m+): Great for entire shopping centers, stadiums, or transport hubs.

Tip Pro-Tips for Accuracy

Keep it Simple: Avoid overlapping your geofences too closely. If a user is standing inside two overlapping circles, their phone might get confused about which notification to show first.

Battery Friendly: Bubbl is optimised to save battery, but very large radiuses (over 5km) are less precise. Stick to "human-scale" distances for the best engagement.
