View Campaign
To View a campaign selected View from the quick actions dropdown in the All Campaigns Table.
This will navigate you to your Campaign page where you can view your timings, locations, or notifications in real-time.
This page gives you a deep-dive into a single campaign’s settings, active locations, and live performance.
Campaign Summary
At the top of the page, you’ll find the vital signs of your campaign:
Current Status: See if the campaign is In Progress, Pending, or Paused. You can toggle the status directly from here if you need to stop activity instantly.
Timeline: A quick reminder of your Start and End dates.
Audience Targeting: Displays the Segments (tags) assigned to this campaign so you know exactly who is receiving these messages.
Active Locations & Geofences
This section shows you where your campaign is currently "listening" for users.
Location Map: A visual overview of all locations associated with this campaign.
Radius Check: Verify the trigger distance for each location (e.g., 200m).
Live Updates: If you need to add or remove a store or event space, you can jump straight to the Manage Locations from here.
Campaign Notifications
A list of every message (Video, Image, Survey, etc.) currently running within this specific campaign.
Sequence & Triggers: See which notifications are set to trigger On Entry vs. On Exit.
Performance Snapshot: View the "Open Rate" and "Clicks" for each individual message to see which creative content is winning.
Edit Content: Need to fix a typo or swap an image? Click the notification action to update it in real-time across all locations in this campaign.

Real-Time Insights
While the main Reports page covers everything, the View Campaign page gives you a focused look at:
Recent Activity: How many users have triggered a notification in the last 24 hours?
Top Performing Location: If your campaign is running in multiple spots, see which physical location is generating the most engagement.

Manage your workflow without leaving the main list:
