Choose how you want to interact with your audience. Each notification is a direct bridge between your brand and your user's lock screen.

1. Select Your Notification Type

Bubbl offers several rich media formats to make your messages stand out. Choose the one that fits your goal:

• Text & Image: The classic notification. Best for quick updates, news, or promo codes.

• Video: Deliver high-impact brand stories or tutorials directly to the lock screen.

• Audio: Perfect for guided tours, city updates, or hands-free announcements.

• Survey: Gather instant feedback from users while they are "in the moment" at a specific location.

2. Craft Your Message

• Notification Title: Keep it under 40 characters so it doesn't get cut off on smaller phone screens.

• Notification Body: Be clear and concise. What is the benefit? (e.g., "Show this screen for 20% off at the bar!")

• Media Upload: Upload your image, video, or audio file.

3. The Call to Action (CTA)

This is the button the user taps after they open your notification.

• Button Text: Use action-oriented words like "Claim Now," "Watch Video," or "Start Survey."

• Destination: Where should the user go?

• External Link: Sends them to a website, menu, or social media page.

• In-App Link: Drives them to a specific section within your own app*.
