Inviting New Users

Adding a team member is instant.

Invite by Email: Simply enter your colleague's email address. They will receive an invitation to set up their own secure login.

Pending Invites: Track who has joined and who still needs to activate their account in the "Pending" list.

Roles & Permissions

Not everyone needs full access. Assign specific roles to keep your data secure:

Admin: Full control. Can manage billing, invite/remove users, and edit all campaigns.

Manager: Can create and edit campaigns and locations but cannot manage team members or billing.

Viewer: Read-only access. Perfect for clients or stakeholders who only need to see Campaign Reports.

Bubbl is built with a Privacy by Design philosophy.

No PII: We don’t access or store identifiable personal information of your app users.

Secure Access: All team accounts are protected by encrypted login credentials.

Revoking Access: If a team member leaves, you can deactivate their account with a single click, instantly removing their access to all company data.

Transferable Seats: Seats are flexible. If someone leaves your team, you don't lose that slot—simply transfer the seat to a new team member.
