Your bird’s-eye view of every message sent through the platform. Use this page to monitor live activity, manage content across multiple campaigns, and ensure your messaging stays consistent.

The Global Notification List

This table displays every notification you’ve created, regardless of which campaign it belongs to.

Content Snapshot: See a preview of the text and media (image/video) used in each message.

Campaign Source: Quickly see which campaign is currently "hosting" each notification.

Type: Filter by format—whether it’s a Video, Survey, Audio, or standard Text alert.

Status & Visibility

Keep track of what your users are seeing in real-time:

Active: The notification is currently eligible to be triggered by users.

Paused: The message is on hold. Even if a user enters the geofence, they won't receive this specific notification until you resume it.

Draft: A message that hasn't been assigned to a live campaign yet.

Managing at Scale

Instead of clicking into individual campaigns, you can perform bulk actions here:

Global Search: Find a specific message by searching for keywords in the title or body (e.g., search "Discount" to find all your active offers).

Quick Edit: Jump directly into the notification settings to update a link or change a call-to-action button.

Clone to New Campaign: Loved how a specific notification performed? Deploy that exact message to a different campaign or location.
